2026 Ohio Star Ball Hotel Reservations are now available. Please read the information below to make your reservation. We have room blocks held at the Hyatt Regency, Drury Inn, and Hilton Columbus Downtown.

 

If you are not on a Package and you would like to reserve a hotel room from our blocks at our discounted rates, please click the button below to download the form. Then email your completed form to: OSBHotelReservations @gmail.com

 

Need technical tips on how to fill out the form on your desired device? Check out our step-by-step guides for your device type below.

  • Click the Gold Button below to download the Hotel Reservation form to your web browser’s window.
  • Save the form to a known location on your computer by using the “Save As” operation under your web browser’s “File” menu, or look for an icon to download the form to your Downloads (or other known) folder.
  • Open the saved form file from the known location on your computer.
  • Click on, then type your room request information into all the required fields of the form.
  • When finished, save your changes.
  • Email the saved form file as an attachment to: OSBHotelReservations@gmail.com
  • NOTE - The recommended web browser app to use is Safari.
  • Press on and hold the Gold Button below. A pop-up window will appear.
  • Within this pop-up window, select “Download Linked File”. The Hotel Reservation form file will be stored in your device’s Downloads folder.
  • Return to your device’s Home display window.
  • Open the 'Files' app, which is used to view files and folders stored on your device.
  • Locate the previously stored Hotel Reservation form file in the Downloads folder.
  • Click the Hotel Reservation form file to open it.
  • Click on, then type your room request information into all the required fields on the form.
  • When finished, click “Done” to save your changes.
  • Press on and hold the saved form file. A pop-up window will appear.
  • Within this pop-up window, select the “Share” option. Another pop-up window will appear.
  • Within this pop-up window, click on the Mail app icon, then email your filled out form as an attachment to: OSBHotelReservations@gmail.com
  • NOTE - The recommended web browser app to use is Chrome. The recommended PDF reader app to use is Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Click the Gold Button below to download the Hotel Reservation form into your Downloads folder.
  • A pop-up window may appear requesting which app to use to view the form. If so, select the Acrobat Reader to view/edit the form. If you cannot view the form, you may need to install the Acrobat Reader app on your device.
  • You should now be viewing the form in Acrobat Reader.
  • Click on, then type your room request information into all the required fields on the form.
  • When finished, dismiss the keyboard and click Back button “<” to save your changes.
  • Return to your device’s Home display window.
  • Open your Email app and request to send a new email.
  • Click the option to attach a file to your email.
  • Locate the saved Hotel Reservation form file in the Downloads folder and attach to your email.
  • Email your Hotel Reservation request to: OSBHotelReservations@gmail.com

After your Hotel Reservation Form has been submitted as an attachment via email, you will receive an auto-reply message confirming receipt of your form. Best efforts will be made to accommodate your hotel choices, room types, and special requests.

DO NOT use this Hotel Reservation Form if you are on a Package and your hotel room is included in the Package.

 

NOTE –  If your computing device does not support filling in the required fields of the OSB Reservation form, it’s recommended to install the free version of the Acrobat Reader app on your device to open up the downloaded hotel reservation file, fill in the fields, and save the form.
