For those of you who would like to reserve a hotel room at a discounted rate, a new downloadable Ohio Star Ball Hotel Reservation Form is now available. Depending upon the type of your computing device, please complete one of the 3 Hotel Reservation procedures below. You should NOT use this Hotel Reservation Form if you are on a Package and your hotel room is included in the Package.
-> Click the Red Button above to download the Hotel Reservation form to your web browser’s window. -> Save the form to a known location on your computer by using the “Save As” operation under your web browser’s “File” menu, or look for an icon to download the form to your Downloads (or other known) folder. -> Open the saved form file from the known location on your computer. -> Click on, then type your room request information into all the required fields of the form. -> When finished, save your changes. -> Email the saved form file as an attachment to osbrooms@gmail.com
iPad/iPhone devices:

-> Press on and hold the Red Button above. A pop-up window will appear. -> Within this pop-up window, select “Download Linked File”. The Hotel Reservation form file will be stored in your device’s Downloads folder. -> Return to your device’s Home display window. -> Open the Files app, which is used to view files and folders stored on your device. -> Locate the previously stored Hotel Reservation form file in the Downloads folder. -> Click the Hotel Reservation form file to open it. -> Click on, then type your room request information into all the required fields on the form. -> When finished, click “Done” to save your changes. -> Press on and hold the saved form file. A pop-up window will appear. -> Within this pop-up window, select the “Share” option. Another pop-up window will appear. -> Within this pop-up window, click on the Mail app icon, then email your filled out form as an attachment to: osbrooms@gmail.com
Android Tablet/Mobile devices:
Note – The recommended web browser app to use is Chrome. The recommended PDF reader app to use is Adobe Acrobat Reader.
-> Click the Red Button above to download the Hotel Reservation form into your Downloads folder. -> A pop-up window may appear requesting which app to use to view the form. If so, select the Acrobat Reader to view/edit the form. If you cannot view the form, you may need to install the Acrobat Reader app on your device. -> You should now be viewing the form in Acrobat Reader. -> Click on, then type your room request information into all the required fields on the form. -> When finished, dismiss the keyboard and click Back button “<” to save your changes. -> Return to your device’s Home display window. -> Open your Email app and request to send a new email. -> Click the option to attach a file to your email. -> Locate the saved Hotel Reservation form file in the Downloads folder and attach to your email. -> Email your Hotel Reservation request to: osbrooms@gmail.com
